Book project led by
Prof. Joseph
Rosen,
Prof. Vijayakumar Anand and Dr. Nathaniel
Hai on “Digital Holography
Based on Aperture Engineering” has been published in the prestigious SPIE
spotlight series.
This book is a treasure in the field of
holography. This will be useful to researchers, scientists, and engineers in
understanding the concepts of incoherent and coherent holography methods and to
graduate and undergraduate students interested in quickly acquiring fundamental
knowledge in imaging and holography. |

Book chapter from the
ERA Chair and collaborators Prof. Vijayakumar Anand, Prof. Joseph Rosen, and Prof.
Saulius Juodkazis published in the book Light – Advanced Manufacturing (A
featured issue on celebrating holography after 60 years of Successful
application) in the topic Review of engineering techniques in chaotic coded aperture imagers.
In this review, we survey several recently proposed techniques to control the
parameters of Coded aperture imaging (CAI) by engineering the aperture of the
system. |
Book Chapter from Vijayakumar Anand, Soon Hock Ng, Tomas Katkus, Daniel Smith, Vinoth Balasubramani, Denver P. Linklater, Pierre J. Magistretti, Christian Depeursinge, Elena P. Ivanova, and Saulius Juodkazis published in the book Holography - Recent Advances and Applications in the topic Compact Incoherent Multidimensional Imaging Systems Using Static Diffractive Coded Apertures. In this chapter, two widely used incoherent holography systems, namely FINCH and I-COACH, are discussed with a focus on compactification using static diffractive optical elements. |
