Workshop Day 7th July in Physics Institute, Tartu
10:00 - 12:00 Workshop 1  – “Introduction to Holography with MATLAB.”
Description: In this workshop, you will be introduced to the topic of holography. You will obtain hands-on training in MATLAB to simulate diffraction, interference, synthesize holograms and design holographic optical elements for different applications. The workshop will end with a computational holographic cryptography game.
Organizers: Prof. Vijayakumar Anand, Aravind Simon. J. R
Room: A204 (Computer Lab)

12:30 - 14:30 Workshop 2 – “Photo recognition and generative adversarial network based computational experiments”
Description: In this workshop, the fundamental deep learning concepts will be introduced. You will gain hands on experience in building simple Deep Learning networks for photo recognition by pattern recognition.
Organizers: Dr. J. Amuthavel
Room: A204 (Computer Lab)

15:00 - 17:00 Workshop 3 – “Optical Interferometry”
Description: In this workshop, you will gain hands on experience in building interferometers such as Michelson Interferometer, Fizeau Interferometer, SAGNAC Interferometer.
Organizers: Dr. Praveen. P. A
Room D112 (CIPHR Lab)
